Strategic / Management Buy-In (MBI) candidates are offered the possibility to purchase the activities of a small independent Dutch food importer, offering a wide variety of food brands and product categories, to large and medium-sized Dutch retail parties, B2B and B2C supermarket organizations and patisseries. The product categories comprise, amongst other things, chocolate specialties, sweets, crisps, soups, fonds and preservers. The Company also offers different brands and product categories for seasonal sales. For example, the Company built up a solid market position in supplying Christmas hampers.
